David Adams is a trusted contrator in St. Mary’s County. We know the building codes by heart, and what it takes to make a building stand the test of time. The Leaning Tower of Pisa is a great place to visit, but you wouldnt want to live inside it. The building codes are usually strong enough with even a little extra safety built in, but they should be considered a minimum for your excavating project. When we do a job, the building codes of St. Mary’s, Charles, and Calvert county are considered a minimum to us. When the minimum is fine, we’ll let you know.
